We provide technical staffing and IT services for our clients spanning across USA and India. The talented team of more than seventy members in USA and twenty members in India working on various technologies, marketing & sales. Who You Are

We are seeking a Dynamic Sales professional for our IT services who will be sitting in Arlington Heights IL office. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are fast paced company expanding rapidly and we are looking for a team member who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively in order to accomplish company goals. We pay keen attention to details in delivering our work and people to our clients. The perfect match will be capable of taking on several projects and tasks at one time and prioritizing them based on the demand of the hour, all without losing focus. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Identify prospects through outbound email, calling and In person interaction strategies – with the objective of receiving 5-10 responses per month
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
  • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records and meet regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Should be working on monthly and quarterly targets

Skills Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of strong business development experience in IT Staffing/Recruiting or IT Development
  • Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking way
  • Proven work-ethic and time-management skills
  • Excellent selling, technical and negotiating skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of North American MSP market
  • The ability to write reports and proposals
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
  • Strong listening and convincing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, being proactive and manage time effectively
